التکامل الصناعي وأثره على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي

في الآونة الأخيرة تلاحظ لنا وجود العديد من المشکلات التي تواجه التنمية داخل الاقتصاد الوطني وخاصة بعد الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية وتأثيرها على شتى دول العالم وبعد عدد من الثورات والأحداث المتتالية التي أثرت بشکل أو بآخر على الوضع الاقتصادي داخل القطر المصري.
وبحثاً عن سبيل لرفع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وخاصة في ضوء ظهور مبادرة الرئيس لدعم قطاع المشروعات الناشئة في مصر (الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر) سواء الصناعي منها أو الخدمي.... إلخ.
کان لزاماً علينا دراسة التکامل الصناعي بين عدد من المشروعات وخاصة التي لا تنتج منتجات نهائية الصنع فالتکامل بين المشروعات هو السبيل الأمثل لرفع الإنتاجية لهذه المشروعات فضلاً عن توفير جهد کبير في التسويق للمنتجات بحالتها.
ونجد تأثير فعال لهذا الأسلوب الصناعي المميز في زيادة ملحوظة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وخاصة إذا ما استطعنا کمجتمع تلافي السلبيات وبعض المعوقات والتاباعد وعدم وجود قاعدة معلومات وبيانات من المشروعات ونشاطها فيتولى مهمة إعدادها الجهزة المعنية بالتطوير لدعم حالة التکامل وتوفير المعلومة بين النشاط والسلعة التي يتم تصنيعها بحيث يتم التواصل بين المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة کسلع مغذية لها حتى ولو کان عن طريق تعاقدات بإنتاج سلع بمواصفات ومقاسات وأشکال يتم تحديدها عن طريق المصنع الکبير. وبذلک نضمن حالة من التکامل والتنسيق بين المشروعات بشکل يؤدي إلى زيادة الإنتاجية وزيادة الجودة في المنتج وبالتالي القدرة على المنافسة داخلياً وخارجياً والعائد هو رفع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلک تحقق عدد من الإيجابيات الأخرى کالقضاء على البطالة وتحسين وضع ميزان المدفوعات.

Thus, we guarantee a state of integration and coordination between projects in a way that leads to increased productivity and increased quality in the product and thus the ability to compete internally and externally and the return is to raise the gross domestic product.
