المستخلص

يرجع الفضل فى ظهور خدمة التطبيب عن بعد إلى اتساع وانتشار تکنولوجيا المعلومات على نطاق واسع فى الأونة الأخيرة, الأمر الذى لا يتطلب وجود المريض والطبيب فى نفس المکان أو فى نفس التوقيت, حيث يتم تبادل المعلومات الطبية ونقلها عن طريق وسائل الإتصالات المختلفة من خلال البريد الإلکترونى أوالهاتف أو الوسائل المرئية منها والمسموعة, الأمر الذى يتطلب وجود عدة التزامات تقع على عاتق الطبيب عن بعد نحو المريض مما دفعنى أن أتکلم فى هذا الموضوع من خلال مبحثين سوف نتکلم فى المبحث الأول عن التزامات الطبيب عن بعد ببذل عناية, وفى المبحث الثانى عن التزامات الطبيب عن بعد بتحقيق نتيجة.
