قرارات منح ورفض منح الجنسية دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين القانون المصرى والقانون الکويتى

سنتناول فى هذه الدراسة موضوع قرارات منح ورفض منح الجنسية فى القانون المصرى والکويتى وسنقسم هذه الدراسه الى مبحثين، حيث نتناول فى المبحث الاول قرارات منح الجنسية وذلک من خلال مطلبين نتحدث فى المطلب الاول عن قرارات منح الجنسية الاصليه ثم نتحدث فى المطلب الثانى عن  قرارات منح الجنسية الطارئه.
اما فى المبحث الثانى فنتناول قرارات رفض منح الجنسية واسقاطها وذلک خلال مطلبين نتناول فى المطلب الاول قرارات رفض منح الجنسية وفى المطلب الثانى قرارات اسقاط الجنسية وفى الخاتمة تحدثنا عن شروط الحصول على الجنسية الکويتيه وشروط سحب الجنسية الکويتية.
In this study we will deal with the issue of decisions granting and refusing to grant citizenship in Egyptian and Kuwaiti law, and we will divide this study into two topics, where in the first topic we deal with decisions to grant citizenship through two demands, we talk in the first requirement about the decisions of granting the original nationality, then we talk about the second requirement about the decisions to grant citizenship Emergency.
In the second discussion, we deal with the decisions to refuse to grant citizenship and to drop it, and through two demands, we deal with the first demand decisions to refuse to grant citizenship, and in the second request decisions to revoke the nationality, and in the end we talked about the conditions of obtaining Kuwaiti nationality and the conditions of withdrawing Kuwaiti nationality
