الاتجار بالبشر دراسة تحليلية في ضوء اتجاهات القضاء الکويتي

تدور الدراسة حول کيفية محاولة المشرع الکويتي تنظيم جرائم مکافحة الاتجار بالاشخاص، والذي جاء متطابقاً مع اتفاقية مکافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، بداية من خلال فهم الجريمة وبيان تعريفها ومن ثم وضع کل نص بشکل منفصل وتحليله من خلال مقارنته مع اتجاهات القضاء بهذا الشأن، منتقدة بعض النصوص ومثنية على البعض الاخر منها، على أنه تبين لي من وجود ادخال بعض التشريعات الکويتية، وتمثيف الوعي القانوني بتلک الجرائم لما لها من أهمية في المحافظة على آدمية الأشخاص وکرامتهم.
This study shed the light on how did the Kuwaiti Law combated Trafficking in Persons crimes which came in line with the Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime beginning with a general understanding of this crime by clarifying its definition nature afterwards its legal structure, and then placing each text separately and analyzing it by comparing it with trends The judiciary in this regard, criticizing some texts and praising others, on the understanding that it became clear to me that some Kuwaiti legislation has been introduced, and that legal awareness of these crimes has been intensified because of their importance in preserving the humanity and dignity of persons.
