الآليات الدولية للحد من جريمة الاختفاء القسري

إن الهيئات الدولية العاملة في مجال حقوق الإنسان تحدد وترکز دورها ومجال عملها في إيجاد الطرق الکفيلة لحماية حقوق الإنسان بشکل عام، إلا أن بعضها يختص بحماية مجموعة من الحقوق، أو حتى حق واحد لما له من أهمية وحاجة للمتابعة الخاصة. ويعد مجلس حقوق الإنسان ولجنة حقوق الإنسان، هيئات مستندة إلى ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، إذ تم تأسيسها بواسطة قرارات الأجهزة الرئيسية للأمم المتحدة التي تستمد من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، ومن الآليات المنبثقة عنهما والمختصة بموضوع الاختفاء القسري أو اللاطوعي هما الفريق العامل المعني بحالات الاختفاء القسري ، إضافة إلى اللجنة المعنية بحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري والتي نتجت عن الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري لعام 2006، ويعتبران هيئات رصدية لضمان الحماية من وقوع هذه الجريمة وإيجاد آليات عملية لمعالجة هذه الحالات والرقابة عليها متى ما وقعت.
وعليه فإن هذا البحث سيکون مخصصًا لبيان دور الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري لعام 2006 والفريق العامل في مکافحة جريمة الاختفاء القسري.
the international bodies working in the field of human rights define and focus their role and field of work in finding ways to protect human rights in general, but some of them are concerned with protecting a group of rights, or even one right because of its importance and need for special follow-up. The Human Rights Council and the Human Rights Committee are bodies based on the United Nations Charter, as they were established by decisions of the principal organs of the United Nations that derive from the United Nations Charter, and from the mechanisms emanating from them and specialized in the issue of enforced or involuntary disappearances are the Working Group on Enforced Disappearances, in addition to To the Committee for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, which resulted from the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance of 2006, and they are considered monitoring bodies to ensure protection from the occurrence of this crime and to create practical mechanisms to address and monitor these cases whenever they occur.
Therefore, this research will be devoted to clarifying the role of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance of 2006 and the Working Group in combating the crime of enforced disappearance.
