حقــوق ضحايـا الجرائـم الـدوليـه

احترام حقوق ضحايا الجرائم الدولية يعد عنصر علي قدر کبير من الاهمية, وعلي ذلک فان هذه الدراسة تهدف الي تحديد حقوق ضحايا الجرائم الدولية وفقا للقانون الدولي, وتوضيح الاجراءات الکفيلة بتحقيقها, وقد أظهرت الدراسه مدي التغير الکبير في الاهتمام بحقوق الضحايا علي المستوي الدولي في العقود الثلاثة الاخيرة وتم الاعتراف للضحايا بدور اکبر من حيث المشارکة في الاجراءات والمطالبة بالجبر والحصول علي تعويض مع مراعاة وضع تدابير لحمايتهم وتم النص علي اجراءات عديدة من شأنها تحقيق تلک الحقوق للضحايا.
Respecting the rights of victims of international crimes is an element of great importance, and accordingly, this study aims to determine the rights of victims of international crimes in accordance with international law, and to clarify the procedures to achieve them, and the study showed the extent of the great change in interest in the rights of victims at the international level in the three decades In the latter, victims have been recognized for a greater role in terms of participating in the procedures, claiming reparation and obtaining compensation, taking into account the development of measures to protect them, and many procedures have been stipulated that will achieve these rights for the victims.
