حوکمة الشرکات التجارية عبر تقنية الذکاء الاصطناعي

يعد التقدم الذي شهده العالم خلال العوام القليلة الماضية تقدم لم تشهده البشرية لأعوام، ففي کل مرة يصل العقل البشري إلى تقدم يزهل العقل يفاجئ بتقدم أخري يقود العقل البشري إلى أن أي شئ لم يعد مستحيلاً، وما هو غير ممکن اليوم يصبح کذلک بعد بضع سنوات أو أيام، لذا يحاول العقل البشري الاستفادة مما يستحدث من تقنيات تکنولوجية في شتي مجالات الحياة بما فيها الجانب القانوني، وهو ما ينطبق علي الاستعانة بالذکاء الاصطناعي في مجال حوکمة الشرکات وتطبيق مبادئها علي الشرکات، وذلک في محاولة لحماية حقوق کافة الأطراف بالشرکة وخاصة حملة الأسهم وأصحاب المصالح الذي قد تتعرض حقوقهم بالشرکة للضياع نتيجة عدم الخبرة أو لتدخل مجلس الإدارة غير المکترث بحقوق هؤلاء الفئة خاصة مع غياب الشفافية والوضح بشأن المعلومات المتعلقة بالشرکة، لذا کان اللجوء إلى هذا النظام ضرورة يفرضها الواقع بما يمکن هذه الفئة من إدارتها وفقاً لنظام يمکنهم من السيطرة والتنبؤ بما يمکن أن تتعرض له الشرکة من مشکلات للعمل على حلها أو تجنبها مستقبلاً، وکذلک المشارکة والإطلاع علي کل ما يتعلق بإدارة الشرکة.
