تناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة رقابة القضاء على هيئات الضبط الإداري في کل من الولايات المتحدة والإمارات العربية المتحدة وعليه قسم الباحث دراسته الي ثلاث مباحث تناول في الاول رقابة القضاء الإداري في الولايات المتحدة والإمارات والذي بدوره دفع الباحث لمناقشه مفهوم الرقابة القضائية على أعمال الضبط الإداري ومنه تتطرق الباحث لتناول ماهية الرقابة القضائية وخصائصها وسيلة وأهداف الرقابة القضائية على أعمال الضبط الإداري وتناول الباحث بالمبحث الثاني رقابة القضاء الإداري على هيئات الضبط الإداري واختتم الباحث دراسته ب رقابة القضاء الإداري في الولايات المتحدة والإمارات. والذي من خخلاله تناول النظام القضائي الفيدرالي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية والنظام القضائي الفيدرالي في دولة الإمارات العربية واختتم الباحث دراستع بعدد من النتائج والتوصيات.
In this study, the researcher dealt with the judicial oversight of administrative control bodies in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Accordingly, the researcher divided his study into three sections that dealt in the first with the oversight of the administrative judiciary in the United States and the Emirates, which in turn prompted the researcher to discuss the concept of judicial oversight on the work of administrative control, and from it it deals The researcher deals with the nature of judicial oversight and its characteristics, means and objectives of judicial oversight on the work of administrative control In the second topic, the researcher dealt with the control of the administrative judiciary over administrative control bodies, and the researcher concluded his study with the control of the administrative judiciary in the United States and the Emirates. Through which he addressed the federal judicial system in the United States of America and the federal judicial system in the United Arab Emirates. The researcher concluded his study with a number of findings and recommendation.
