تأثير تلوث البيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة علي التنمية المستدامة

ركز المجتمع الدولي على مفهوم التنمية المستدامة للحفاظ على حاجة الأجيال القادمة للوصول لمقومات تؤهلة للعيش على الكرة الأرضية في ظل التطورات الناتجة في الرغبة بين المجتمعات للتسارع والتنافس فيما بينها للتسلح والبحث عن الوسائل التي تؤهلة للبقاء في مواجهة النزاعات المسلحة.
ويعد الربط بين البيئة والتنمية المستدامة هي نقطة البداية التي من خلالها يرى المختصين أن مصطلح التنمية المستدامة ظهرت كرد فعل للتلوث البيئي والذي بات يشكل أزمة تواجهها الدول الباحثة عن الاستدامة في مواردها، والتي تكافح لوقف الوسائل الملوثة للبيئة أو التقليل منها كما هو الحال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة والحروب المدمرة التي صنعها البشر بيديه.
ولذلك سعى المجتمع الدولي لمنع إستغلال البيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة بحيث لا تكون البيئة هدفاً عسكريا يتم من خلالها تدمير المقومات البيئية الطبيعية، والذي بدوره يشكل إعتداء على البيئة، وبالتالي تؤثر على مستقبل الاجيال القادمة، بل وعلى العكس من ذلك وضعت التنمية المستدامة بهدف تعزيز المجتمعات السليمة المعززة للسلام الدولي والبعيدة كل البعد عن كل ما من شأنه المساس بالمقومات الطبيعية.
The international community focused on the concept of sustainable development to maintain the need of the future generations to reach the elements that qualify them to live on the globe. In the light of developments resulting in the desire among societies to accelerate and compete among themselves for armaments, and try to find out ways that qualify the human being to survive in the face of armed conflicts.
The link between environment and sustainable development is starting point through which specialists see that the term “Sustainable Development” emerged as a reaction to environmental pollution, which has become a crisis faced by countries looking for sustainability in their resources, which struggle to stop or reduce the environmental pollutants, such as during armed conflicts and destructive wars made by human.
Therefore, the international community seeks to prevent the exploitation of the environment during armed conflicts so that the environment shall not be a military target through which the natural environmental components will be destroyed, which in turn will be deemed as an attack on the environment, accordingly it affects the sustainable development, with the aim of promoting healthy communities that supporting the international peace and it will be far from everything that would be prejudicial the natural resources.
