قدمت التكنولوجيا الحديثة خدمات جليلة للإنسان بما تملكه من دقه وسرعة في جمع المعلومات ومعالجتها وتوزيعها واسترجاعها في وقت يسير. وقد تمثل ذلك في شكل مصنفات عديدة ومتنوعة لعل أهمها برامج الحاسب الآلي وكذلك قواعد البيانات التي تشتمل على كم هائل من المعلومات المرتبة والمصنفة مما يسهل عملية البحث والرجوع إليها في أي وقت، كما يعتبر البريد الإلكتروني من أهم الوسائل المستحدثة في تكنولوجيا الاتصالات، وهناك الوسائط المتعددة التي تغزو العالم في الوقت الحاضر، وهذه المصنفات وغيرها متاحة عبر شبكة الإنترنت للاستفادة منها في مختلف المجالات. لذلك، كانت لهذه الثورة المعلوماتية والتكنولوجية ايجابيات إذا تم استخدامها في إسعاد البشرية، إلا انها تحمل في طياتها كذلك أيضاً بذور الشر التي تتمثل في استخدام الحاسب الآلي عن طريق شبكة الانترنت للاعتداء على هذه المصنفات الأمر الذي نتج عنه خلق جرائم مستحدثة غير معتادة عكست هذا الواقع تنال الحق في المعلومات، وتطال اعتداءاتها معطيات الكمبيوتر المخزنة والمعلومات المنقولة عبر نظم شبكات المعلومات كإتلاف تلك المصنفات أو نسخها أو تعديلها وتوزيعها على الشبكات الإلكترونية دون موافقة بذلك من صاحب الحق عليها، الأمر الذي يستدعي مواجهة مخاطر الاعتداء على وسائل تقنية المعلومات، لذلك تبدوا أهمية البحث في إظهار جوانب الحماية الجنائية للمصنفات الإلكترونية من الاعتداءات التي يمكن أن تقع عليها.

Attackers acquire the ability to access information, and their attacks have an impact on stored computer data and information transmitted through network systems. They can destroy, copy, modify, and distribute the others productions on electronic networks without the consent of the holder’s right, which necessitates facing the risks of attacking information technology means. Accordingly, the importance of this research appears in showing the aspects of the criminal protection of electronic productions from the attacks that may occur.
