صور وأشكال المشاركة السياسية للمرأة

يعتبر موضوع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة من المواضيع الهامة التي تستحق البحث والمناقشة والتحليل، وذلك لكونه يلقى اهتمام المشتغلين في السياسة والقائمين على التخطيط في المجتمع، ويعود الاهتمام بالمشاركة السياسية للمرأة إلى أسباب عدة من أهمها الدور المتنامي الذي بدأت المرأة تمارسه في مختلف ميادين الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية، إن هذا الدور قد بدأ بالتنامي بعد خروج المرأة من المنزل لطلب العلم أو للعمل، وبالتالي ازدادت أهمية دورها على الصعيد الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، ومن ثم انخرطت المرأة في نشاطات متعددة من ضمنها النشاط السياسي، حيث طرقت المرأة باب السياسة واستطاعت أن تثبت وجودها على الصعيد السياسي في العديد من الدول. هذا، ويمكن القول أن المُشكل الحقيقي لا يكمُن فقط في ضرورة وجود قوانين أو التصديق على توصيات ومعاهدات، ولكن المشكل أكبر من ذلك، فهو يكمُن في أنماط السلوك التقليدية السائدة والمسيطرة على البنيات الاجتماعية العربية، والتي تعتبر حتى مجرد الحديث عن موضوع وضعية المرأة وحقوق المرأة من الأمور التي لا تستحق الدراسة أو حتى الحديث عنها. وما يمكن تأكيده هنا، هو أن إشراك المرأة في الحياة السياسية إنما يعد من أهم شروط الديمقراطية، فعندما نتحدث عن الديمقراطية فإنه لا بد أن نُسلم بأن أحد أهم مرتكزاتها هو المساواة وإعطاء الفرصة للجميع دون تفرقة بين الجنسين، ولا بين الشباب والأكبر سنًا، وإذا كانت المساواة منصوص عليها– بالفعل– بصلب الدساتير العربية، إلا أنها تحتاج لآليات لتطبيقها على أرض الواقع، كما تحتاج إلى تفعيل مبدأ العدالة وليس فقط المساواة.
The issue of women's political participation is considered one of the important topics that deserve research, discussion and analysis, because it receives the attention of those involved in politics and those in charge of planning in society. This role began to grow after the woman left the house to seek knowledge or work, and thus the importance of her role increased on the economic and social level, and then the woman became involved in various activities, including political activity, where women knocked on the door of politics and were able to prove their presence on the political level in many countries.
This, and it can be said that the real problem does not only lie in the need for laws or the ratification of recommendations and treaties, but the problem is greater than that, as it lies in the prevailing traditional patterns of behavior that dominate Arab social structures, which is considered even a matter of talking about the issue of women’s status and women’s rights One of the things that is not worth studying or even talking about.
What can be emphasized here is that the inclusion of women in political life is one of the most important conditions for democracy. When we talk about democracy, we must recognize that one of its most important pillars is equality and giving opportunity to all without discrimination between the sexes, nor between the young and the elderly. Equality is stipulated - indeed - in the core of Arab constitutions, but it needs mechanisms to implement it on the ground, and it also needs to activate the principle of justice, not just equality.
