اعادة الهيكله هى عباره عن مجموعه من الاجراءات التى تساعد التاجر فى الخروج من مرحل الاضطراب المالى والادارى وقام المشرع المصرى باصدار القانون رقم 11 لسنة 2018 ليساير النظم العالميه وليحافظ على الشركات من الافلاس والانهيار وسوف نتناول ماهية اعادة الهيكله واجراءاتها وسنتناول الاثار التى تترتب على تقديم طلب اعادة الهيكله وسنتناول فيه الاثار المترتبه على تقديم طلب اعادة الهيكله فى فرع والفرع الاخر سنتناول الحالات التى لا يجوز فيها تقديم طلب اعادة الهيكله ومن ناحية اخرى سنتناول اعداد خطة اعادة الهيكله وسنتناول فيها مشروع ومضمون الخطه فى فرع والفرع الاخر سنتناول التصويت والتصديق على الخطه واعتمادها.

We will discuss what restructuring is and its procedures, and we will discuss the effects of submitting a restructuring request. Restructuring in which we will discuss the implications of submitting a restructuring request in one branch and the other branch. We will discuss the cases in which it is not permissible to submit to submit a restructuring request. On the other hand, we will discuss the preparation of the restructuring plan, in which we will discuss the draft and content of the plan in one branch and the oher branch. we will discuss voting, ratification and and approval of the plan.
