حظى مفهوم اقتصاديات السعادة باهتمام خلال العقدين الماضيين، بوصفه مصدرا يمکن الرجوع إليه لقياس رفاه الشعوب ومدى جودة الحياة، بعدما أنتقد مفهوم الدخل کمؤشر وحيد لتحديد رفاه الإنسان. ويناقش هذا البحث دور الموازنة المستجيبة للنوع فى تحقيق الاقتصاد القائم على السعادة فى مملکة البحرين، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مفهوم علم اقتصاديات السعادة ومؤشرات قياسه، وبيان مدى مساهمة الموازنة المستجيبة للنوع فى تحقيق السعادة الاقتصادية،والوقوف على متطلبات تفعيل الموازنة المستجيبة لاحتياجات النوع الاجتماعى من أجل اقتصاد قائم على السعادة فى مملکة البحرين. واتبع البحث الأسلوب التحليلى القائم على المنهج الاستقرائى والمقارن، وانتهى إلى أهمية الاقتصاد القائم على السعادة فى رسم ملامح سياسة مالية تحد من أوجه عدم المساواة، وأن الموازنة المستجيبة للنوع تساعد فى تعزيز مؤشرات السعادة الاقتصادية، کما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات لتفعيل دور الموازنة المستجيبة للنوع من أجل اقتصاد قائم على السعادة فى مملکة البحرين.
The concept of happiness economics has gained attention during the past two decades, as a source that can be referred to for measuring the well-being of peoplesand the quality of life, after the concept of income was criticized as the only indicator for determining human well-being. This paper discusses the role of gender- responsive Budget in achieving an economy based on happiness in the Kigdom of Bahrain, This research aims to define the concept of happiness economics and its measurement indicators, and to show the extent of the contribution of gender- responsive Budget in achieving an economy based on happiness, by evaluating the experience of the Kingdom ofBahrain in implementing gender– responsive budget thatand the requirements for its activation in order to achieve a happiness- based economy.The research followed the analytical method based onthe inductive and comparative approach, and concluded by the importance of the happiness– based economy in shaping the features of a fiscal policy that reduces inequalities, and that a Gender- responsive Budget helps in inhancing indicatore of economic happiness. The study also concluded with a set of recommendations to achieve of the role of Gender- responsive Budgetting for a the happiness– based economy in the Kingdom ofBahrain.
