الوسائل المختلفة لتأديب الموظف العام Various methods of disciplining a public employee

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع "الوسائل المختلفة لتأديب الموظف العام" والتى تتنوع ما بين التأديب الأدارى "الرئاسى"، التاديب القضائى، التاديب شبه القضائى.
وسوف نتناول الموضوع فى مباحث ثلاثة، كل مبحث ينقسم الى عدة مطالب نستعرض فيها طبيعة كل نظام تأديبى، ومزاياه، وعيوبه، والضمانات المقررة فى شأنه، لنصل فى النهايه الى ان أفضل نظام هو الذى يجمع بين التأديب الرئاسى والتأديب القضائى.
This research deals with the topic of "the different means of disciplining the public employee", which varies between "presidential" administrative discipline, judicial discipline, and quasi-judicial discipline.
We will address the subject in three sections، each topic divided into several demands in which we review the nature of each disciplinary system, its advantages, disadvantages, and the guarantees established in its regard, to arrive in the end that the best system is the one that combines presidential and judicial discipline.
