إن التشريعات والقوانين نشأت من أجل الحفاظ على علاقات العمل ولتحقيق الاستقرار، إن قوانين العمل المختلفة لها أهداف ومبادئ ووسائل وأسس، حيث أن بعض القوانين حرصت على تطبيق مبدأ الشفافية والنزاهة، وقد رأينا اهتمامها بالبعد الإنساني والأخلاقي، فبعد إعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية اعتبرت هذه الجائحة قوة قاهرة، رغم كل ذلك لا يجوز التعدي على حقوق العمال والموظفين وعدم استغلال الجائحة في اتخاذ إجراءات تعسفية ضد الموظفين، وقامت كل دولة على حدى بإصدار اللوائح والمنشورات المنظمة للعمل للتعايش مع هذا الوباء.
حيث أظهرت حقبة جديدة من التطور التكنولوجي والمعايشة مع هذا الوباء من خلال العمل عن بعد أي من المنازل، قد رأينا الاجتماعات الخاصة بالعمل والمؤتمرات التي كانت تدار من بعد على التطبيقات المختلفة مثل زوم وغيرها، أي رغم مساوئ هذه الحقبة قد أظهرت مدى قدرة هذا القطاع العريض من العاملين والعمال على التعايش الإيجابي مع هذه الجائحة.
