دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإدارة اللينة للأزمات (دراسة تطبيقية لإدارة أزمة كوفيد– 19)

لكي يتم اللجوء إلي تكنولوجيا الذكاء الإصطناعي في إدارة الأزمات، ولاسيما الأزمات الصحية مثل أزمة جائحة فيروس (كوفيد-19)، فإنه لابد من توافر كم هائل من المعلومات والبيانات بهدف تدريب الخوارزميات وكذلك اختبارها والتحقق من نتائجها، كما ينبغي أن تكون البيانات التي يقوم الذكاء الإصطناعي بجمعها عن الجائحة متنوعة ومختلفة أي يتم جمعها من العديد من الدول والعديد من المستشفيات حتي يمكن تعميم هذا النظام علي مجموعات مختلفة من المرضي، وهذا الأمر لا شك يصعب تحقيقه، لذا فقلد واجه الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة الأزمات إدارة مرنه أو لينة العديد من التحديات منها تحديات مادية وبشريه، وتحديات تقنية، وأخري دستورية وقانونية، كل ذلك إلي جانب ضيق الوقت والرغبة في الوصول إلي الحلول السريعة. وعلي الرغم من هذه المعوقات والتحديات التي واجهت الذكاء الإصطناعي في دوره في إدارة لينة لأزمة كورونا، إلا أنه كان له أكبر الأثر في التخلص والتعافي من تلك الأزمة.

Despite these obstacles and challenges that artificial intelligence faced in its role in lean management of the Corona crisis, it had the greatest impact in getting rid of and recovering from that crisis.
